Join us for the 14th Annual BASCA CapeABILITIES 5K & 1-Mile Fun Walk. This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities to Run, Walk, or Roll for a great cause!
Whether you're looking to challenge yourself in the 5K or gather your friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors for a fun and meaningful 1-Mile Walk, there's a place for everyone at CapeABILITIES. Participate as an individual, form a team, or join virtually and help make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
Registration Includes:
Commemorative Race T-Shirt*
Finisher Medal for all participants
Finish Line Photos
Chip Timing & Eligibility for Overall & Age Group Awards (5K Participants)
After the Race Celebration!
*To guarantee your preferred shirt size, register by September 1, 2026. After September 1, shirts and sizes will be available while supplies last.
**Your participation in this fundraiser will help BASCA purchase a wheelchair-accessible van to provide safe, reliable transportation for the individuals we serve.**
Registration Fees: 5K, 1-Mile Walk & Virtual Participation

- $35 through September 25, 2026 at 6pm
- $40 Race Day Registration

Capes will be judged prior to the start of the race, and winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
Ainsley's Angels Returns! We are excited to welcome back Ainsley's Angels, helping ensure individuals of all abilities can participate and experience the joy of race day together. If you are interested in participating as a team member of Ainsley’s Angels – please reach out to BASCA for more information.
BASCA serves adults with intellectual and developmental differences by providing residential services, vocational training, life skills programs and community inclusion activities.
