NEWS FLASH>>>>THIS JUST IN>>>>Runner Bag Pick Up – Pick up your BASCA 5K goodie bag and t-shirt at the BASCA Office at 352 Stowe Ave, Orange Park, 32073 on Friday, Sept 22, 2023 from 10am – 6pm. Bags will also be available for pick up on the day of the race beginning at 7am.
Join BASCA for the 11th annual Cape"ABILITIES" 5K/1M run on September 23rd at 8:00AM in Orange Park, to support individuals with intellectual and developmental differences. This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities to run, walk or roll! Come out and enjoy a fun-filled morning while raising money for a great cause. Lace up your shoes and bring your family and friends for a morning of fitness and community.
This Run, Walk or Roll race will feature a scenic 3.1 mile course through historic Orange Park, commemorative race T-shirts*, overall & age group awards, chip timing, and an untimed 1 mile fun run/walk.
Put on a CAPE and join us for a fun event that celebrates all Cape"ABILITIES"! Registration begins at 7:30 AM, with the race beginning at 8:00am for ALL runners. BASCA serves adults with intellectual and developmental differences by providing residential services, vocational training, life skills programs and community inclusion activities.
